WHAT IF... ...you lose 1 minute of life with each and every thought you take. Would you not be more selective about what you choose to think? I also recognize that "worry" accomplishes nothing more than making you feel bad over something you cannot or will not change. Voluntarily inflicting pain upon yourself is a sure sign of insanity. Anyone who purposely chooses thoughts that makes them feel bad is insane. I choose not to be insane. More accurately...I consciously select the level of insanity I wish to entertain. More often than not, I choose not to dwell upon any thought that makes me feel bad.
