Sounds like it.
That clicking is probably the starter solenoid trying to engage. If you don't have enough electricity it can happen. Most electrical issues are from either a dead battery or an alternator that won't produce the correct voltage. If you engine won't turn over at all even with a full charge then it's most likely a starter issue.
Most likly, but could be the alternater. Charge or replace the battery if it is 4 years old. Test the Alternater. Good Luck

I have a 1998 gmc jimmy and it has 3 montior that will not set. 1. catalyst mon. 2. evap and 3. EGR
