Even with only two brain cells left after doing crazy drugs after all these years, can they be very good brain cells enough to do the JOB?

You're reading Did you know that whales and elephants have twice as many neurons as humans (Wikipedia: List of animals by number of neurons)? Also, when the (human) brain is 8 months old, it actually has twice as many neurons as the adult brain. Thoughts?
