no its totally private they will see the report but not who made it. They have to see the report because they have to see the reason the charges are being made.Filing online is the same as filing it at the police station.

Maybe, maybe not. it all depends on the agencies computer security system. Police reports are public record. this means anyone can pay a fee and receive a copy of an incident report. this happens only in person, not online.

well im slightly confused by your question do you mean if someone threatens you over the internet that they will kill you and how to report that??? well if thats the question you should go to a local police station and report it there

If you have been threaten by someone over the internet and believe (yourself) that the threat is real I would suggest that you inform your local police as well as go to this site: http://www.wiredsafety.org/911/index.html to report them get as much information as you can copy email or im's and send them along with your report. If there are telephone calls record them ! some of these threats ARTE real No JOKE! Protect yourself !
