I am indonesian married to US citizen for 2 years. i didnt get my permanent residence card yet, but my husband wants to have a divorce with me. do i still can get alimony and division of property and debt? we got married and live in Colorado. thank you.

    I don't know of any state where a two-year marriage would qualify you for alimony. The property and debt will be divided per Colorado law. You need to talk to a family attorney.
