Question

Help answer this question below.

If exercise is good for your mind, body and soul, why is it that I exercise daily and have always done, yet each time my 'BODY' hurts like hell, my 'MIND' remembers the pain and my 'SOUL' is destroyed?

It is possible that you may be doing something wrong. Perhaps you are exercising far too strenuously. Perhaps you fail to combine moving meditations with your exercises. Perhaps you need some lessons in general fitness and meditations that give an improved mental & spiritual well being ... check my profile ...

I always feel relaxed, refreshed, energized, and invigorated after any of my exercise sessions.
