Reactin, or any other over the counter allergy medication. I'd be so screwed if it wasn't sold anymore. That and military strength tylenol. i've grown immune to anything under 500mg per tablet :(

Aspirin. I use it regularly. It helps prevent high blood pressure, plaque, and heart disease.

It would take more than the loss of an over-the-counter medication to "devastate" me.

Aleve is an occasional lifesaver for me. After an unusually hard day at work it works miracles on sore muscles and back pain-better than anything else i have tried. Looks like I'm back:)+++++

Once or twice a month, I take some acetylsalicylic acid, but I wouldn't be devastated if it became prescription only.

" devastated " - pretty strong word. Can't think of any. Actually I believe many if not most would be a lot better off if they were taken off, except of course those who make and those that peddle them. Yes, I am aware that some are convinced they could not live without their favorites. +5

Tylenol Arthritis is about the only thing I use for anything. I do use Nyquil (very rarely) but I would be upset having to make an ER visit to get it (don't have a doc)

Airborne (or it's imitators). I'm sure the big drug companies are doing whatever they can to get it taken off the market, because if people are prevented from getting sick, they won't need to buy medicines to treat the sickness.
