His name is David Willis. Not only was he the "spokesman, host" seen during the Packard Bell computer initial setup process from the mid to late 90's, but he has also been involved with the Good Feet orthodics commercial, beside being involved in those Viagra commercials.

Yes, that was the guy that would appear at the final steps of the initial set up or restore process for the Packard bell computer. He woulld appear and guide the end user through the various aspects of the computer, discussing use, warranty, best practices as well as overall functionality.Yes, he is the actor that appears in the Viagra commercial who talks to his reflection, but I do not know his name. .
