Eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. Get plenty of exercise. Exercise can make a huge difference in IBS.

PlumSmart. It has fiber, magnesium and potassium. One 8 oz. glass equals a full serving of fruit.

Plenty of smoothies with loads of fruit in them, at least two a day.
