Growing up my parents where pretty busy with their work and in short I wasn't made to take care of my teeth and therefore never did growing up. And I have no dental insurance what-so-ever. I'm totally embarrassed by them. what should I do?

I know someone who knows exactly what you are going through. Her parents had dental insurance but was too cheap (and neglective) to take her. So you are not alone. She now is afraid to even go out in public because of it. There should be a dental school or a low income clinic you can go to. It's usually based on your income. Most bigger cities have them though you may have to travel an hour or so to get them. GL

If there is a dental school close to you, go to the clinic there to have the work done. It's usually cheaper.

Have you ever considered going abroad for dental work? There are some very professional dentists with a lot of experience accessible for far less what you would pay in the US.
