My nipples are veeery sensitive. So much so that I used to ask my guy not to touch/suck them very hard, but only very lightly. No most don't, some do, some brings them closer, some helps them to have an orgasm or stronger one, everybody is different. I think a woman's breasts are one of the most over looked body part when foreplay and sex in general is concerned. It's usually looked at as a means to an end, as in orgasm. But spending time with them solely without doing much of anything else can be an awesome experience. Some women have every sensitive breasts and nipples so each women has to be treated differently. This too changes with each level of arousal.

Don't think most women do but I am lucky to be able to experience this. I discovered it accidentally then couldn't seem to make it happen again.
