Help answer this question below.

I want a divorce, my husband will not leave, his name is not on the lease. how do i get him to leave.

    The laws on this vary a lot from state to state. Best speak to your attorney about how to proceed.

    in most states your gonna need to go downtown and get an eviction, giving him 30 days, and then if he not out after 30 days a constable will come get him out. since he has lived with you. you cannot just force him to leave.
