Help answer this question below.

Cr. Rep. says that I didn't pay a credit card bill with a bal less than $60 and that I rec. several notices. I never rec. any notices and pay off cc's each month. I think they sent the notices to a closed PO box. They dropped my cr. score 150pts.HELP

Why am I getting (failure notices on my in box & in bulk ) notices for emails which were supposedly sent be me. But I didn't send them, I don't know any of the address nor do I know the persons whom they belong to.
