In Florida-if the HOA you speak of is covered under Statutes 720 the answer is no.
Some condo associations where the Association is actually responsible for your unit's maintenance/upkeep the answer may be yes. Different Statutes - 718
my 1994 cadillac deville accelerates slowly when I press on the gas peddle. The engine revs loud when i press hard but still move slow.
