Not afraid - but sometimes I can judge the situation and not want to give an honest answer so I avoid it a little... "Have you accepted Jesus in your life?" "[an almost indistinguishable nod] I was brought up in the Church of England"
-
Nope because I don't have one.
-
no i don t,nobody should be afraid to talk about his beliefs +3
-
No I would be very proud and happy to answer.
-
My religion is the 'House of Red' I live by my own rules which sounds good but I do have to take the consequence of my actions, I can't blame anything on my 'religion' because I'm blaming myself - If I don't like the consequence, I'll change my actions. My religion is fluid. I'm not ashamed.
-
Nope. I usually say "that is a private matter....why do you want to know?"
-
I just say flat out that I'm an agnostic. +4
-
It depends. Usually, I'm fine with giving an answer, however, there are some situations where I would not give an answer, for personal safety and comfort reasons.
-
Nope. If people want to know then I'm more than happy to tell them I'm an atheist.
-
Depends upon the situation. If he/she is holding a weapon/deadman switch, I get a bit nervous.
-
Nope, I'm Catholic! +5 Have a terrific day Sweetness! Keep up all your great humanitarian work! +5 Best, Jonathan
-
No.
-
nope i am not and i wont be :)
-
Nope. It would take a strange situation in order for the question to be asked in the first place I think. No one in this country is especially bothered about others religions.
-
On that rare occasion that anyone would bother to ask, I don't mind saying I was raised as a Methodist. However, I do not attend any one church anymore. I guess you could say I was tomcatting my Christianity - looking for that denomination that jives the most with my beliefs.
-
Not at all. I'm proud to admit that I'm heavily affiliated with the church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
-
More like frustrated. I don't belong to any religion and it's hard to explain. I am deeply spiritual and know God better than most religious people do.
-
I'm not afraid to answer, it's just that the answer is complicated. I was baptised Catholic and married in the Catholic Church, but because4 I live in the back country, I've been attending a non-denominational church rather than make the long drive to town to go to a Catholic church. Technically, I'm still Catholic, but I just say "Christian." Just curious, is English not your native language? Most people would have said ".. are you afraid to answer" instead of ".. do you be afraid to answer." I'm not flaming you, I was just curious because I work at a school that teaches English, and I hear a lot of this!
-
Nah, I just tell 'em I'm a Black Muslim.
-
No, I am not afraid to state what I believe in.
-
No i do not have a religion.
-
I used to get asked that question when I was serving in Northern Ireland as a soldier. Its the only place in the world where they ask such a question, especially going into a dance hall.My answer is I would not tell them.
-
No
-
I'm not afraid to answer, but I do feel akward when the question is asked. Especially if it's by a stranger. I'm generally vague and say I'm methodist even though my religous beliefs are more broad than that implies.
-
No I always say I am Roman Catholic...
-
I'm proud of my religion and have no problem answering; however, I will not get into a debate about it.
-
Im not afriad to tell them what I believe in. I am a spiritual christian. Its a long story behind what I consider myself
-
No I would not be afraid to answer. I will NEVER claim a religion.
-
i do not be afraid to talk about my lack of religion
-
Not in the slightest; I'm a Christian, and I'm proud of it!
-
