A neighbors tree fell in my yard and hit my house, can I move the tree debris back onto their property to avoid the cost of removal? This is a Florida property.

Landlord has not paid $6000 judgement awarded 10 months ago. He has recently sold my equipment. What recourse can I take to get my money?

We have someone staying with us. Not the best situation. Came here with hardly any warning. We are giving him 3 nights and 3 nights only.

You're reading So far from all the examples of After Acquired Title, it states that the Grantor deceived the Grantee unknowingly that he had title to the property. What if the Grantee knew that he didn't have clear title as they were husband and wife?
