Help answer this question below.
I'd rather defend the guilty. I'd hate to loose a case and send an innocent to jail.
tough one either way I would get paid
I don't think I would want to know, I would have a problem getting guilty ppl off
I would just want to see that everyone recieved a fair trial
Actually many criminal attorneys do not know if their client is guilty or not. Some specifically do not want to know. They simply build a case to bring reasonable doubt to the jury.
well i would like the innocent ones now and again,as i would like to win a case ,good for business, but i would defend anyone really as we are innocent until proven guilty.and that is true.
As a crimminal lawyer I would represent both, I am bound by law to do so. My personal feelings I would seperate it from my work, there is no place in the courts for this.
guilty ones. They are better at staying calm under pressure. an innocent person is nervous and scared of getting in trouble for something they didn't do.
I know its kinda crappy but if I am an attorney my goal is to be successful.
My boss has been told that I said he is not the father of his child. He won't tell me who so I can't confront them is this slander

Sometimes it seems more money is spent protecting the guilty than defending the innocent. Money talks and justice walks? Why allow it?
