I understand blood borne pathogens that can be transmitted by close contact with injured people, but the homeless really aren't that more dangerously diseased than we are... 1 in 5 people, for example, have Hepatitis A, and there's no demographic distinction between the DNR guy in the business suit and the DNR with the cardboard sign.
Knowing I don't want to look in the mirror every morning knowing that I proved to the world that I want dirty people to DIE, I think I'd sacrifice another load of laundry to give a man a chance to LIVE.
That's my opinion anyway. :)
