if you're going to let a couple seconds of pain stop you from getting a piercing, then you shouldn't get one at all.
i can't tell you how much it will hurt. i don't know your threshold of pain. it's different for everybody. i get asked so many time "how bad will it hurt" & people still don't seem to understand that nobody can tell them.
you wanna find out? pinch the spot you want pierced really hard. that's how much it will hurt. i got my tragus pierced a few years ago & it didn't hurt at all. the soreness, of course, did.
can a tragus piercing even reject?

can you put tongue rings into a pierced tragus? if not, can you ask your piercer to use a smaller needle so you can? if so, what size?
