    They are specific to each case, regardless of jurisdiction. For instance, let's say there the laws in your area state that you, as the non-custodial parent, are allowed to spend at least 12 hours per week with your child(ren). According to the schedule of both parents, the judge can say exactly when those hours can be spent. It doesn't have to be just on the third Saturday of every month. +5
