I doubt juvenile is the right word, I certainly hope little kids aren't asking for sexual massages. I think a lot of men go to massage parlors for hand release because they just want to relax. They pay, the gal milks them, they clean up and go home. This is especially helpful if the guy has weak knees.

I think it is weird to request anything :s I would feel really strange if my boyfriend just asked me to give him head or a handjob. I would rather just do it and then ask him if there's anything he wants me to do. But whatever, no I don't think wanting a handjob over something else is strange! People like different things.

I've been in situations like that and honestly, I've preferred a handjob. I'll admit I'm sexually inexperienced when it comes to females so I'd obviously take sex over a handjob, but if a guy wants to help me out, I'll only want handjobs. Period. Anything else is gross.

No - I think it is a flashback/memory back to the start of your relationship when perhaps this was all you could get for a while or you did not have enough privacy to get up to anything more advanced.
