Help answer this question below.
Yes, to prepare our wills.
Luckily it was a friend on my stepfather, so the lawer didn't charge us too much. We had to threaten legal action against a university hospital because they basically used my wife as a guinnea pig to run loads of unnecessary tests on her for the practice of the new medical students.
A few times as the hubby and I are small business owners. I have also been divorced before. Then there was that one time I won't talk about.
Yes for a divorce. I tend to want to stay out of courtrooms - most cases there is no real winner and in the end every one actually loses.
Quite a few times.
Property line dispute, purchasing my business, land purchase a few other things.
Well, I have an outstanding "General Liability" claim right now with a restaurant owner who was not following proper protocol on not using hot glasses. I was served cold water in a hot glass; when I picked it up, it exploded in my hand....long story short, had to have surgery to ulnar nerve that was damaged by cut (in hand).
I did also have a "Medical Malpractice Attorney" as well for a case where a simple surgery was botched very badly and I ended up having to have organ reconstructive surgery and many misc problems related but in GA, "our" laws protect doctors and not patients so my attorney said he would not be able to take on the case. (Which I am very pissed about. Turns out the dr. has been filed against before.)
yes just recently for a divorce
