I OWN A SATURN 2003 VUE & INSTALLED A NEW RADIO. EVERYTHING WAS WORKING GREAT & THEN I WENT TO START THE VEHICLE & IT WILL NOT START LIGHTS GO ON, RADIO GOES ON, BUT THE CAR WILL NOT START (I THINK I NEED A JUMP) & THIS SECURITY LIGHTS KEEPS BLINKING NOW

Sounds like you need to do a "Key Relearn", Try this. Make sure the battery is fully charged, or attach to a fully charged vehicle with some jumper cables. 1. Turn the key on and try to start the vehicle then leave the key in the run position. 2. Observer the security light. Does it keep flashing for more than 30 seconds? If so, leave the key in the run position until the light stops flashing (About 10 minutes) 3. When light quits flashing, turn key off, wait 30 seconds and try to start again. If vehicle won't start, repete step 2and 3 4. If vehicle still wont start, repeat step 2 and 3 again. If vehicle still won't start you have another security problem. Good Luck
