It has been so long ago, I can't remember. None of the convenience stores in Las Vegas (no, the one in Nevada) have them, because they have video poker machines, mostly, which are very popular with their customers. +5

Mid-90's. Went inside of a shop with a friend of mine, and there was a working upright of Time Killers. We both looked at the machine, and then my friend looked back at me and said "hmph, random".

Eh hell...a long time ago, when I was in elementary school. Otherwise, the video rental store here has some, plus there was this bowling alley in Winnipeg called Saratoga Lanes with plenty of arcade machines. And then another place called Magicland where you pay like five bucks, and play free arcades for like two hours. But those don't really count.

Years. Perhaps the last hold out are those little mom-and-pop stores where things have remained unchanged.
