While their reflexes may be sharper than an adult, their judgement is not. And if they are too busy texting their hormonal friends sitting in the back seat of the same car they are in, reflexes don't matter. :(
I agree...and I got a chuckle out of the 'texting their hormonal friends sitting in the same car'..how true!

um..they pay more attention when they are NOT texting!
I've seen a lot of adults texting/typing on their blackberries. It isn't simply a teen thing to do. And that is why I said -some- are. I obviously wouldn't be including people who are driving distracted as ones who drive better....

I'll concede that at some point, an aged adult should also not be driving. However, to say that those 75 and older are poor drivers is far too arbitrary, just as it is too arbitrary to say that all teens are terrible drivers.
