Yes, you could be pregnant if you are having sex with a male (and you're female). the only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test.
Discharge isn't uncommon amongst females, it happens to us all usually at some point. If it smells bad or is different in any way to how it normally is then you have more reason to be concerned. If you are worried or have any other unusual symptoms then go and get it checked out at your doctor's.
