The technological advances we have made make it invaluable but, I can't deny, there ARE travesties going on with "unnecessary" operations, I believe!

I agree completely. Modern medicine has had absolutely nothing to do with extending the average life span of a human being by dozens of years over the course of the last century, despite the abysmal diets that we often follow. It is all just a statistical anomaly.

Perhaps we should go back to the good old days, when a small cut on ones toe might lead to amputation of a leg or more. And of course, that amputation must be done without anesthesia, since modern medicine is so worthless.

Save your money. Pray for that gangrene to go away instead!

The problem isn't that modern medicine is "fake", it's the fact that there is still so much more to understand about our bodies.
