    YES! ABSOLUTELY!

Until death do them part, anyway...

Which is, after all, the definition of a successful marriage!

my impression is that the most successful marriages that psychopaths might have are with folks with borderline personality disorder.

To some extent - particularly if the non-psychopath is clueless about the other. A sociopath (which I think is different, but some people are both) often fools everyone, including his/her spouse for years - until the bodies are found in the basement. : O

Anything is possible. But most likely not, unless the antisocial personality (current term) has gone through some type of recovery, has been successful for an extended period of time, and is willing to continue to work on it. The spouse must be truly understanding. I would be very careful as this could be a very dangerous disorder, especially to others. +5

I don't think so. I have been married with one for 4 years only because of my patient and because I have been abused and trying to save my marriage I am now he abandoned me because he needs a new toy or object he goes from one woman to another telling love stories and offering things and a good future, but he even abused his own people. They can even be health profesionals, fake being religious and very moral but have no empathy and be liar deceivers, also a Narcissist that fool's everyone, even counselors and doctors, but at the end everything comes out. My he is been marriage 4 times married and wants to divorce to go and marriage the 5 one. So no please get away from this monsters or humanoides, their is no marriage than can be happy with this kind of selfish "evil" people.
