I speak from experience, so find yourself a lawyer who specializes in LANDLORD-TENANT LAW, and as fast as you can.

Please believe me when I tell you that you are in LOTS of trouble.

Here in Las Vegas NV, friends of mine had a knock on their door at 10 PM one night. They were renters and were served with legal papers saying that the house they were in, was no longer the property of the person from whom they were renting, and they had TWENTY-FOUR HOURS to vacate the house.

I know this is true, because I was one of the friends who helped them move from their place, and into mine, until they could find another place of their own.

    See that lawyer, immediately.
