I have one of the statefunded tracphones. I would like to use an old phone from T mobile nokia phone but much nicer then the one goverment gives you. I put the sim card in the Nokia phone it says phone restricted, need code. How do I go about this?

You have to unlock the old T Mobile phone before you can put in a non T-Mobile SIM. Ask T-Mobile for the unlock code.
