There is not enough info to make a sure identification but if the pill also has "SL" on it along with the 323 then it may be Bethanechol and is used to treat urinary retention. Brand name is Urecholine. If the pill has "rugby 3469" on the other side then it may be a Chlorthalidone which would be the generic of a drug called Thalitone. If you can provide more identification information the I would be glad to make a more definite answer.
