Help answer this question below.

The ignition switch on my Pontiac 2000 Grand Prix GT won't turn off all the way. I can remove the key, but the steering wheel and transmission won't lock, and it's draining the battery when parked. How can I fix this?

    release under steering wheel. pop cap off and stick small screwdriver into it. been doing it for a while with mine.
