    Don't mess around with the customer especially these days with everyone hive connected bad news goes round very quickly you'd rather lose 10 bucks taking back an item than lose a long time customer and all her friends.

    Do test test test everything to make everything work for you. So something as simple as a fresh smell in a baker store or a bright clean look to a website could make the differance to change a prospecting customer into a buying customer.
