An attorney is just going to cost you more money and probably will not be able to help you in court, anyway.

if ur impling that a plain clothes officer can't pull you over, u wrong
it's perfectly legal to have a patrol cops write the ticket
the officer doesn't have to give a narrative on the citation, he'll probavly do this in court, if you contest

I got reckless driving in New Mexico through a tribal cop. I tried to elude the officer. What will the fines be? Driver School?

You're reading If the ticket only says reckless driving, what am I looking at in terms of fines and penalties? Ticket has nothing under "narrative", no speed or weaving. cop writing ticket was called by plainclothes who pulled me over. Should I get an attorney?
