Depends on the state - if it's in NY whoever filed first gets the larger percentage of whatever's being taken out of your salary. Most southern states are very woman-friendly when it comes to child support, I would get a lawyer.

It depends on your state's law. In Texas, for example, if you have children by more than one woman, the percentage goes down a bit. I don't know about Tennessee. Check on Tennessee here: http://www.childsupportweb.com/cse/statepages/Tennessee.html

The same rules apply. You will have to pay a pecentage of you income and it will be divided up between the two kids. You're first child support will probably stay the same, however, and the other child will likely get that amount. You won't be expected to pay over a certain amount of your income but that is decided by individual states. They usually go by previous tax returns so if you get a lower paying job they will still base child support on what you were making before.

Some states allow for modification when there's another dependent child.

The same rules apply. Both children are your responsibility.

The same rules would apply as child #1, it is a certain amount of your paycheck.
