I don't know much about either, other than that from what I've been told they are an extremist group labeled as Terrorists as far as the U.S is concerned. From what little information I've gathered I'd say that the difference would most likely be the name, method of operation, and scale of operation. In other words one has to be bigger, and they go by different anmes. x.x'
