Why under 'commercials', one of subcategories is 'actors in commercials'? Aren't there also 'actresses' in commercials as in the Progressive Insurance? Shouldn't this be changed to 'people in commercials?

    The word actor is increasingly being used to refer to both genders - probably because it doesn't contain "man" in it, like chairman.

    Actresses is a bit dated now, both sexes are referred to as Actors. So maybe society has a way of dealing with these problems left to it's own devices.

    Such terms as chair or chairperson seem horribly contrived, but then again we've never had agressresses just aggressors, so maybe thats straightening things out a little.
