  • Uhm... I'm not sure what "pee on it" means. I think sometimes stress is pointing out valuable flaws in ourselves that we should notice and act on. Positive stress can help to improve our skills and become more productive, find better solutions for how to do things. Negative stress is stuff we should avoid and "piss on" I guess. In my opinion that's related to personal insecurities... I know, easier said than done. I'd love to piss on every worry that causes me bad stress!
  • No peeing. Better to walk into problem of stressful nature, do what you can, then get away from it and see what happens.
