You got that right. I watched an hour long show tonight and every 6 minutes there was a string of 90 second commercials. It's not worth it.
I watched Larry King one night and he would ask one question then a commercial. His whole show was more commercial than show.

yes you are right i thought when i had pay Tv installed i would get less advertising and you are paying for there service ,but no they cop the MONEY both ways ,and i think that is why a lot of us spend more time on computers or watching a D.V.D.
Are your remotes in good condition, especially the Mute? You're gonna need 'em to mute the political ads. You don't ever listen do you?

I'm quite quick on the draw - as soon as I hear the words "stay with us..." or "we'll be back right after this" I'm already watching another channel, switching back occasionally to check whether the original channel is back yet
