I have read that some people have left Yahoo because of all the rules that they have have. What kind of rules do they have?

    Quite the contrary. I left it because people are banned there arbitrarily, irrespective of rules. It's a bit like AB flagging a question as spam or nonsense when it clearly isn't, except that on Yahoo they cancel your entire account - and in some cases even delete your Yahoo mail and flickr accounts. Also, their appeals process apparently is just ignored.
