The Great One, the Master of All and Ruler of the Universe, Barack Obama, thinks He's a doctor. Other than that scary concept, would go for the old vaudeville joke, and a team of doctors named Dewey, Killum, and Howe would be a door to avoid entering. That may be the original prototype for The Death Panel.

There is a local doctor who's name is Dr. Merry Slaughter.
