  • There is a pill calls ``Ranitidin`` i`m not sure if it has to be prescribed by a physician or you can buy it from pharmecy. but it really helps.. OR a cheaper way is to drink coke or pepsi (trust me, just try)
  • Sounds like it could be gas. Peptobismal (sorry my spelling is off), Gas-X, and other OTC meds may help. My mom's trick is to drink a coke (Coke works). Eat more foods with Fiber in them as well. Also try eating that yogurt, Activa I believe.<3

  • After taking antibiotics, friendly bacterias in our intestinal tract get killed. In a perfect world, a good Physician ,would tell the patient to take, B complex vitamins, and yogurt (preferably with live bactera)1-2 hours before or after taking the antibiotic. Daily for the whole course of treatment. Activia is such( THINK TOO MUCH SUGAR IN IT)Kefir,or Greek yogurt .After heavy meals ,papaya enzyme(candy like little pills ),help digestion, bloating, and discomfort.
  • You have to remember what you ate that is making your stomach rumble. Then stay away from it.
