I don't know if I would call it personally offended, but I do get pissed off! Especially when my answers are so lame. Someone asked if I liked buttermilk. I said, No, it gags me! I got downrated. But it's the truth. I could have said I throw up my toe nails when I get close to buttermilk, but I was so nice with my answer. Consequently, I got pissed off!!!Quit downrating me, you nasty little miserable trolls!!!!

Nope, sometimes it makes me quite happy and other times I just think it's funny.
I get a big kick out of people who down rate and cannot post too. Although sometimes the funniest comments are from those that lose their minds in the comment section or resort to name calling. Funny stuff,it's one of the things that draws me back to the site.

No not at all. What offends me at the moment is getting minuses from people for telling a 14 year old that they are stupid for having sex at that age.

No - it shows me that I have got through to someone, though it would be handy to have some indication of why they used up their downrates on me. Most of the time my downrates come from religious nuts and I expect them anyway, but sometimes I am mystified.

It doesn't personally offend me...it just mildly irritates me. If someone down rates my question or answer, I would like to know why so I could maybe see another point of view. I don't care who it is- I won't start drama, just genuinely interested in knowing why.

no but it would be nice if i can gain an understanding as to why they downrated me. However without their input in that department, i just have to move on from there.
when i hit the "like" icon to give someone a compliment...it simply goes to unlike....what am i doin wrong?
