Having a problem with a 2007 Chevrolet Equinox passenger side electric window, I had a mechanic replaced the window lift motor ass, but the problem remain the glass kind of falls to the front and the window jams , Whats the real problem?

sounds like a problem with the track, the mechanic should have been able to see that though.
