Many times. Kibbe Nayee is a middle eastern dish made from raw lamb, yummy! Steak tartare is also wonderful, but here's some news for you: The pink or red middle of a steak is also raw. Not just pink, not just red, it's raw, yes raw.

it tastes good with salt, once in a blue moon i will get a craving for it. Unfortunately with the way things are these days i wouldn't trust to eat any meat raw
