  • It could be that you are not punching right, if you are merely hitting out straight forward, that will have no power in it at all. keep your fists as tight as possible making sure to use your whole fist upon impact evenly , use your legs to step in (if you throw a punch with your right hand then the left leg should be forward and vice-versa) whilst you swing and use your hips to rotate the punch.
