Has anyone got any tips on throwing darts,i find one minute ill score 100 the next 7?

You shouldn't practice closer to the dartboard....because when you move back you have to change your throw in order to hit accurately again. Best advice is to always throw at each number from the same place on the line...it's ok to move on the line but make sure you are in the same spot every time you throw at, say the 19, etc. Also, you have to perfect your throw itself. To be a good dart player, you have to throw exactly the same every time. Your body should be in the same stance, your arm should move the same way, and your hand should release in the same spot.
