  • Threw it out like....threw it at him and that's what he got? I hope that's what you mean
  • I agree, if you can abort your child and make them die befor birth, hell why not tattoo them?
  • I think the parent should be sent to jail and tatooed with the rival sign on his freaking forehead for starters.
  • I'm sure they Judge was Threatened. It wasn't worth the aggravation
  • This is the first time I've ever heard of the charge of aggravated mayhem, so I don't know what that entails. However, I certainly agree that it was cruel and inhumane, and the victim was a child. I hope he got the maximum penalty. What is that, anyway? Time in prison, or what? +5
  • He should have been sent to jail for at least contributing to the deliquencey of a minor! That is ridulous and disgusting!
  • Should be aggrivated assault of a minor. Give him the death penalty. He hasno useful place in society.
  • I think that is WRONG. That is a good way to set their child on a path to destruction...but they dont care, they think its "the way" So f*ckin stupid. I hate that sh*t...Theres very little I hate more than that kinda sh*t. Makes me mad. Hes just as guilty as the people who named their kid adolf hitler, and arian nation... I would have thrown him in jail for a good long time... Nobody like that deserves a child, cuz obviously they dont know what TAKING CARE of their kid means.
  • Unless we would feel the same about any tattooing of a seven year old I am not ready to call this 'cruel or inhumane'. I had a look at 'mayhem' and it is defined as mutilation, crippling or rendering someone less capable of self-defense. That's definitely too much of a stretch. . Don't get me wrong, this was stupid, unhealthy and potentially dangerous both in administration and in potential conflicts the child might be in in the future. But the crimes that were dismissed were dismissed because they wouldn't cut it in a court of law. . As it happens Pops and the tat-master are still up for Willful Cruelty which could get them seven years, eight months apiece.
