My dog loves green beans and carrots. As katykita pointed out some foods are dangerous for dogs. In addition to the ones she listed are:
garlic
chocolate
peanuts
macademia nuts

lettuce is favorite,grapes also.
Please remember grapes and onions are toxic to dogs.
Grapes (including raisins) can cause acute renal failure. Onion can cause haemolytic anaemia, where the pet’s red blood cells burst while circulating in its body. Onion poisoning can occur with a single ingestion of large quantities or with repeated meals containing small amounts of onion.
My doxie enjoys carrots and string beans.

My buddy's dog loves carrots. Approved by vet!
Some. Katykita is right about needing to be careful about what you feed dogs. Here is a link that lists some http://www.petalia.com.au/Templates/StoryTemplate_Process.cfm?specie=Dogs&story_no=257dangerous foods -
My dogs eat unsweetened applesauce, banana, canned pumpkin, carrots, spinach, and celery. It's very good for them.
I had a dalmatian named Captain who loved tomatoes so much he'd steal them out of the garden to eat them and a cat who loved green beans.
Strangely my dog loves mashed potato and grapes and apples. He thinks he's a human though. From time to time he even sits at the table with us. :)
He doesn't know whether he 'likes' it or not, but he gets some spinach in his favorite chow...whether he knows it or not. He doesn't even know that he has no bowel or regularity problems, but I know.
My sister raised her Irish Wolfhound (a HUGE 150 pounder!) almost entirely on oranges! The dog loved them, prefered an orange over any other food apparently, and rarely ate anything else.
It sounds nutritionally cruel, but the dog liked it, and was alway totally healthy, etc. Go figure.
I also had a dog that loved eating black berries right off the bush. Looked like a grazing deer. :)
My dog will eat bananas, carrots, pumpkin (he likes it better fresh), peeled apples, and anything else I take a bite of first. lol!
