If your driver's license is suspended in PA, your chance of getting a driver's license in another state is almost nil. Because all they got to do is issue a warrant out for your arrest. Then if you get caught driving while license suspended. you can wreck your own life of running from the state to avoid paying a fine. I believe all states have the real id system in place. All states are linked together to prevent issuance of new drivers license to avoid a fine. I would pay the fine, and constest the suspension of the drivers license. That is me. You can do what you want. Choice is yours.
